Dex reservation conditions

By proceeding to pay for the reservation, you agree to the following reservation conditions:

• Every customer has the possibility of reserving a specific car via the website upon payment of a reservation fee of €150. After payment, we will block the car for 7 days and, if indicated, it will be transported to the showroom of your choice.
• Each customer can reserve a maximum of one car via the website and pays €150 for that reservation.
• After payment of the reservation, our Dex advisor will contact you to fix an appointment in the showroom to view the car.
• During the reservation, the customer may proceed to purchase this or another car. In this case, the reservation amount of €150 (including VAT) will be deducted from the order form when purchasing a Dex car. When purchasing, please mention your reservation to your Dex advisor.
• If the customer decides not to purchase a car after paying the reservation fee of €150, this amount will not be refunded.
